A New Workshop!  "Good Vibrations"

    Date:  Wednesday, July 9th, 2008
Place:  Inner Journeys Center,  334 South Grant St., Spokane, WA  99202
Please note this address is NOT Grand Boulevard!  Grant St. is a couple blocks east of the Goodwill store on 3rd Avenue.  If you are going down 3rd Ave., Grant St. is the one right before the traffic light on Sherman.
Time:  5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
    Donation:  $20

In this workshop, participants will choose which (or all) of three different types of sound vibrations to experience.  Susan will do drumming around the body for physical symptom relief, energizing and centering.  Charles Lightwalker, Metis Shaman, will use tuning forks for healing and relaxation.  Karen Norum, PhD., will offer calming and harmony through the use of crystal bowls.

Snacks will be provided.

Please RSVP to Susan if you plan to attend:  wyominggal@comcast.net

Eupsychia Process of Integrative Breathwork workshops in the Spokane, WA area

Date:  As of June, 2008, next workshop date is undetermined -- looking at mid-July, perhaps.
Address:  The Inner Journeys Center, 334 South Grant St., Spokane, WA  99202
     Time:  TBA
Bring:  A mat to lie on (like a camping mat or yoga mat, not a mattress), blankets and pillows that you would need for lying on the floor for up to 90 minutes, bottled water and a sack lunch.
Wear:  Loose, comfortable clothing and minimal jewelry.  Please, no colognes, perfumes or after-shave lotions!
Cost:   $90.  Please pre-pay by mailing a check to Susan Moyer at Inner Journeys address above.

Please contact Susan if you are interested in participating.  Call 509 455-4079 or e-mail wyominggal@comcast.net.   There are some contraindications for this work which Susan would like to review with you prior to your attending.

Susan also provides individual Eupsychia Process sessions at her downtown Spokane location.  Call her at 509 455-4079 and leave a message to set up an appointment.  Expect to allow 4 to 5 hours.  Cost for an individual session is $125, and $200 if 6 hours or over.

Due to the deep nature of this work, it is strongly recommended that you not have anything planned for after your session (no babysitting obligations, meetings, dinner or social appointments, doctor's appointments, and such).  Sometimes people are energized by this work, but sometimes they are tired and want rest.  By not scheduling anything after your session, you have the time available for journaling, a bubble bath, a meditative walk, or "rock 'n rolling" -- whatever you feel will nurture your process.

Drumming for Energizing and Healing workshops

These workshops are different from drumming circles. We address the use of drumming for relief of physical symptoms, increasing energy and also for centering and grounding.  If you have a drum (open-sided hoop drum or a djembe), bring it along.  If you don't have one to bring, come anyway.  Some extras will be available.  The workshop lasts for 2 hours.

The next Drumming for Energizing and Healing workshop is to be determined.  If you are interested in this workshop Please e-mail Susan at wyominggal@comcast.net

Drumming Circles

Susan and colleague, Kate Robbins, MA of Inner Ventures offer monthly drumming circles.  Next drum ciricle will be on Sunday, June 1st from 3 PM to 5 PM at Kate's space at the Holistic Healing Center, 711 East 29th St. on the South Hill a block east of Grand Blvd.  You do not have to have a drum to attend -- we have extras.  Please RSVP to Kate that you plan to attend so we have an idea of how many to set up for.  You can RSVP through the following link: info@innerventures.org

Kate and Susan also facilitate drum circles at Namaska Bookstore and Tea/Coffee bar at 421 West First Avenue  in downtown Spokane.  The last circle was on Sunday, April 6th from 2 PM to 4 PM.  For confirmation, call Namaska at 509 328-8283.  Free parking in the downtown area on Sundays!  No drum circle is scheduled there for May due to Mother's Day.  I will post the June date when it is decided.

Another place that offers drumming circles is Unity Church, 2900 South Bernard in Spokane (on the South Hill on the southwest corner of 29th Avenue and Bernard) usually held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7 PM.  I recommend you check their website (listed under the "Related Web Sites" section of this website) before going to confirm that it's on the calendar for the month you're thinking of attending.

Drumming circles are held on a weekly basis on Thursday evenings from 7 PM till 9:30-ish PM at Tarana's North Spokane home.  If interested in this, please e-mail Susan for more information:  wyominggal@comcast.net.
